For
the event, Art Ball Creative Director, Todd Fiscus created a tribute
to classic Hollywood glamour with a very modern spin.
Guests
entered the party through a white glass tunnel with an illuminated
path of yellow glowing lights.
Once
inside, guests were treated to spectacular auction boutiques created
by some of Dallas' most innovative style-setters:
*
David Sutherland (Design),
* Jim Strong (Travel),
* Heidi Dillon (Fashion), * Lucy Wrubel and Faisal Halum (Mens),
* Merry Vose and Holly Jonsson (Childrens).

After
dinner, guests proceeded to Play, where they partook of a "poolside
at the Viceroy" concept with striped graphic tents, a reflective
"swimming pool" dance floor, Moët champagnes and
Belvedere vodka bars, while dancing to Memphis Train.
The
event raised a cool $1.6 million.

floral rings standing 16 feet tall and blue velvet furnishings
with Venetian mirrored bars, completed the effect.
