The Tower Residences At The Ritz-Carlton®, Dallas, recently hosted an event, benefiting Community Partners of Dallas, to unveil the just-completed Showcase Residence created by renowned interior designer, Jan Showers.
This is the first of three planned Showcase Residences in The Tower Residences to be revealed. The other two spaces are being designed by Carleton Varney and Laura Hunt.
Jan was in attendance, as well as the guest of honor, Jen Lancaster, New York Times bestselling author and blogger. |

With so many houses on the market, some sitting for one or two years, home owners and real estate agents have been searching for a way to move their homes. Staging is the answer.
“This is something speculation home builders have known for some time,” Margaret Chambers said. “A well-staged home will sell two to three times faster and at a higher profit than an empty or unattractively unfurnished home. Investing in staging your home will always cost less than taking a price reduction.”
