Co-owned by Michael Collins and Daniel Chang, friends since high school, The Fish first opened in Houston and is a huge it. "It has that Sex in the City kind of feel," Collins said.

The Dallas location features a bar (pictured here), the lounge (my favorite place to check out the scene and enjoy small plates - think appetizers), dining room and a sushi bar which seats 17 and Chef Vu Le will prepare your favorite dishes while you watch.
