Junior Friends Group benefits the
Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Society
Mark your calendars for Thursday, December 8, 2011 for the Junior Friends Holiday event: A Magical Evening at the fabulously decorated DeGolyer House at the Dallas Arboretum
Silent Auction includes 4' pre-lit trees designed by ASID designers, top-of-the-line retailers and over-the-top florists that will alight your holiday spirit!
Cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres amidst the fantastic Holiday at the Arboretum exhibit at the historic DeGolyer home at the Dallas Arboretum.
Tickets: Junior Friends members are complimentary. Public: $75 per person or $125 per couple. If you join and become a Junior Friends member that night, the admission fee will be deducted from the membership fee.

September 25, 2011: Bring your own picnic, bring the family and don’t miss the fun! Please share this announcement with any associates, friends and family that you feel would be interested in joining the family of Junior Friends! The gardens will be transformed with over 150,000 blooms including chrysanthemums, marigolds and salvia. Every spot in the Dallas Arboretum is a photo op for your family and friends. Enjoy the Cinderella’s Storybook Pumpkin Village in the Pecan Grove, eat a brat and enjoy a drink at the new Oktoberfest Garten, let the kids discover the twist & turns in the hay bale maze and pick your family pumpkins in The Tom Thumb Pumpkin Patch.

About Junior Friends of the Arboretum: Designed for the under-40 age group of professionals and parents with young families, this new membership group will receive extra privileges and invitations to insider events, including After-Hours events, early registration period for members-only events, and tickets to Cool Thursday concerts. Memberships begin at time of commitment and extend for one year from that month. The Dallas Morning News is the principal partner of the Dallas Arboretum. The Arboretum is supported, in part, by funds from the City of Dallas Park, & Recreation Department. WFAA is the official media sponsor of the Dallas Arboretum.
Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is located on the Southeastern shore of White Rock at 8525 Garland Road, Dallas, TX, 75218. The Arboretum is open daily from 9am until 5pm. General Admission is $10.00 for adults, $9 for seniors 65 and older, $7 for children 3-12, and free for Arboretum members and children two and under. On-site parking is $7. The Arboretum is wheelchair accessible and tram service is available for the mobility impaired. Group discounts are available with advance registration.
