With his tangerine cashmere sweater and beaming smile, I thought this guy would be too good to be true! He is true...and contagious with his bright attitude on decor. His outlook on life is refreshing! When asked if there was a huge amount of pressure to always be happy and be ON ... he honestly said, "Yes."
Although he is always joyful, he did admit to the craziness of being a company owner and taking care of 100 employees with 12 stores to oversee. He then quickly added that every day is beautiful, and he loves his life. |

In 1981 Michael Kors designed his first collection. Before he was even twenty years old, he knew his calling.
In 1984 he made his first trip to Dallas. Michael told me that he has been to Dallas thirty-seven times since then! Yes, he counted!
Becoming fast friends with Shelle Sills at Neiman Marcus Downtown, formerly with The Gazebo and Ultimo in Highland Park Village, together they keep Dallas women shopping!
