Chefs and International Grand Tasting Chef Participants DALLAS (January 30, 2007) Dozens of North
Texas wine and food fans gathered January 16 at Milestone Culinary
Arts Center to whet their appetites for the upcoming exciting SAVOR
DALLAS, an International Experience of Wine, Food Spirits and the
Arts and toast the chef participants in SAVOR DALLAS’ highly anticipated
International Grand Tasting. Taking
place March 9 and 10, SAVOR DALLAS is a unique weekend extravaganza
event that provides entertainment and education on the latest in ultra-premium
wine, cuisine and spirits “ with the special opportunity to interact
one-on-one with internationally acclaimed experts in exciting venues.
The two-day international experience of wine, food, spirits and the
arts will take place in 2007 at premier destinations in The
SAVOR DALLAS weekend's hot destination, the International Grand
Tasting will be an extravaganza that wine and food lovers appreciate
because it provides a unique opportunity for them to interact with
vintners, celebrity chefs and artisans. A bounty of great wines and
spirits, served with signature recipes from the area's most popular
upscale restaurants, makes for a spectacular SAVOR DALLAS evening.
The not to be missed Texas Outlaws after party, to salute
the chefs and winemakers, follows and is included with the evening's
admission. More
than 50 chefs will participate in the SAVOR DALLAS 2007 International
Grand Tasting, which will be hosted at the Hilton Anatole on March
