Delicious
Desserts
Gourmet delicacies were served from food stations prepared under
the supervision of Anthony Bombaci, Executive Chef, Nana.
|
A
fabulous champagne finale: dessert was topped off with a stellar
presentation of the Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial Rose Magnum
- a fantasy of taste poured into each glass -
and then came the concert.

On
the first song "When I Fall In Love," Botti tore it
apart on the riff. He hit the high note - and held it - forever.
Then
David ripped it out with his solo ... the pianist's fingers
danced on the ivories, pounding with the bass and twinkling
with the lights, Sanborn and Botti wrapped it up with a harmonic
ending ...
a standing ovation at the first song! They sailed right into
pure jazz fusion, babe ... very hot and cool.
